The model in question is presented as an alternative to semi-professional equipment for use mainly family. In fact, in addition to complying with safety criteria provided for our semi astral series, thanks to the high temperature alarm, the electromechanical thermostat independent security main control panel and emergency cable, the MG model 360/500 enjoys great versatility thanks to the removable basket and universal metal baskets that allow simultaneous incubation of many species. User, therefore, have the ability to incubate with weekly cycle, instead of the "all full / all empty". The incubator, fully comply with the requirements of small farms, is characterized by the high quality of manufacturing materials, for long service life and performance, which can be compared with those of a professional incubator.

• The structure is made of special walls with thermal panels of galvanized sheets, prepainted with polystyrene insulation 20 mm, guaranteeing perfect insulation and ensure the robustness of the machine.

• Operations Daily turning of eggs are carried by a motor indicated high quality, through continuous automatic operation, promotes correct formation of the embryo, adhesions by inhibiting harmful thereof to the walls of the shell.

• The temperature reading is made by a precision thermometer in ° F; and wet-bulb hygrometer allows an accurate reading of moisture content within the incubator. The removable cover is solid and allows easy and thorough cleaning.

• Two peepholes in the door allows a perfect view inside the incubator and lighting allows an inner vision.

• Un digital thermostat decimal precisión (analog, if you solicita) allows easy and accurate temperature regulation.

• The machine is equipped with a professional fan provided with self-cooling bearings and a special device that regulates the intensity of the ventilation. Replacement of air with the consequent expulsion of carbon dioxide is performed through the vents.

• An audible and visual alarm signals anomalies of temperature and heating blocks if the maximum temperature limit is reached programmed by the user.

• A further independent electromechanical thermostat main control panel, cable through a machine provided with emergency, can reset the main functions of the machine in case of failure of the control panel.

• Humidification is performed through a cuvette supplied with the machine (request is possible to perform an automatic humidification and reading digital control through a humidistat).

• The mod incubator. MG 360/500, is provided with a compartment combined incubation and hatching and a removable trolley, which is part of the standard equipment and allows easy and thorough cleaning of the cabin, and it is designed to make a weekly cycle hatching.
